I got put on a waiting list for an inpatient rehab facility today and am nervous as hell about it. I have had no problem quitting drinking, but the staying quit is the hard part. I had three years under my belt and fell off the wagon. That put me right back into trouble. So, I have cut it out again and have asked for help.
My question is, how was your experience with the inpatient facility? I don't know what to expect. |

hi there i went to a luxury rehab spa in thailand for 1 month and i have to say it helped me greatly , while i was there i was given support. therapy, and had may different spa treatments and excursions , it helped me to relax as i knew the process wouldnt be easy . the combination of working on myself in a beautiful , private enviroment and having time and space away from my everyday was amazing . i have to say the programme that i went through was very challenging and i did alot of psychoeducational workshops , groups, and 1-1 therapy . iam now coming up to 6 years clean thanks all at breathing space thailand |
