hi name is chris and ive had a drug problem for as long as i can remember. ive been trying to quit for the last 4 years and ive learnt a lot, last year i gave up 3 times 1st time for 3 mnths 2nd for 1mnth and 3rd for 2mnh. im at 3 months clean now and currently of work with stress and trying to use this time to deal with my feeling. this is my first time on the net and i dont no really no why im telling stranger this but there you av it

My names dj and I,ve been an alcoholic for 10yrs but only accepted it 8yrs ago.Have made several attempts to kick the habit,as it has cost me so much in my life.I seek help where ever I can in the hope that something will finally make me stop this vile habit of drinking.I have my second group therapy today and hope that I will attend,athough I never make promises as this usually leads me to feeling bad if I don,t keep them and then end up drinking.Hope to meet some people in the same boat so we can maybe paddle together the same stretch of water together in the hope to reach the sober shores
