Default Residential Rehab for Smoking Does it exist?

I am heavily addicted to cigarette smoking and have had and currently have serious health problems. I have not succeeded in my attempts to quit, even in the face of major health issues. I need professional support and am wondering whether there are any reasonably priced residential rehabs for smoking (without drug and alcohol issues). Know anywhere I can turn? Jeannie

Hello Jeannie welcome to the forum,

Well you have already reached half of your goal when you decided to go on rehab... I don't have any idea about professionals but I hope someone gonna suggest or help you...the first step you need to do some changes in your thinking. Be optimist and change way of living a little. Some modifications are to be taken regarding the activities that you have associated with habit of smoking. You will notice a great change in you with just changing the way of dealing them.

Marvin.

Like MArvin said, I don't know of any professional but i urge you to try googling it for further research. Meanwhilke, one of the best ways to quit is to read the success stories of others. This will lift up your spirit for you to know that you can do it. Inability to succeed at quitting is not restricted to you alone. Several others liek you have experinced the same thing. They overcame and so can you too. What you need is more inner power.

You can do it pal! Try again! A baby does not stay on the ground because he or she has fallen many tiumes, the guy.gal keeps trying till he or she is able to stand and walk. Try the same stpes and you will make it.

Default Hello

I hate smoking. My father is smoking every day. He never thinks about him health. Also he has a cough. When we say him don’t smoke he scolds us. My mother and I really worry about it. He spends money very much for it. Because of that we have many economy problems and he never think it I'm really sad about that.
